Shipping Information

All orders are fulfilled in the order in which they are received and made to order!! Please allow 7-10 Business Days (During a Major Sale 14-21 business days) for processing and shipment. Processing and shipment time does not include the time it takes for USPS to deliver. CC's Naturals has no control over delivery times once the order has left our facility.

Please choose the correct shipping option that pertains to your order. If the incorrect option is chosen we will contact you through the email address we have for you. You will have 48 hours to respond to the email. If we do not hear from you, we will then cancel the order and return all funds back to you. All orders will be shipped to the mailing address provided at checkout therefore, CC's Naturals does not assume responsibility for items shipped to the wrong address. Please do not have items shipped to an address where the package will be left outside and subject to excessive heat, cold or theft. CC's Naturals, UPS, FEDEX or USPS are not responsible for packages damaged as a result of the weather or in the case of theft.

The risk of damage and loss for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

 

Returns & Exchanges

ALL SALES ARE FINAL!! Exchanges and returns are only allowed if the wrong item(s) were sent to the customer in the error of CC's Naturals. In the event that this happens the customer will need to contact CC's Naturals at customerservice@ccsnaturals.com within 48 hours of delivery to make arrangements to have the order replaced.
